Instructions to Use

Ragi Roti Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Ragi Flour
  • ¼ cup wheat flour (optional, for easy rolling)
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1–2 green chilies, chopped
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed
  • Oil or ghee for cooking

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, add ragi flour, wheat flour (if using), onion, green chilies, coriander, and salt.
  • Add a little water at a time and knead into a soft dough.
  • Divide the dough into small balls and roll each into a flat roti.
  • Heat a tawa and cook the roti on both sides until brown spots appear.
  • Brush with ghee or oil for extra softness.
  • Serve hot with curd, pickle, or chutney.
